Feeling...

I am feeling:

Sad - That our adoption is taking so long.

Frustrated - because one of our agencies isn't very good at returning calls or emails and that they keep giving us false hope that adoptions should be starting "with in days."

Irritated - that it is taking so long.

Discouraged - because there have not been any adoptions from South Africa since before the  world cup, June 2010.

Tearful - because I want so bad to have our adoption happen and waiting is Hard!

Helpless - because there is nothing that I can do to make this happen quicker.

Worried - When I hear about adoption agencies going bankrupt and not being able to continue facilatating adoptions.

Hopeful - when the phone rings that it might be the adoption agency saying they have a referral for us!

Excited - To expand our family through adoption.

I would compare this stage of our adoption to when you are over due in your pregnancy, you know that you will be delivering soon but you just don't know when. Your cranky and excited at the same time. I feel ready. Now we just have to wait for governments to get the red tape figured out and allow families to be united forever. Please pray that we will get a referral soon. Love Dilly
